Taller Móvil Camiones 24h

Your truck stopped on the hard shoulder, rolling again the same day.

We bring the workshop to the motorway in a van. Tyres, air, brakes and reefer units repaired where you stand — no waiting for recovery, no losing the load.

Who we are

HGV mechanics, not a call centre

We started at La Jonquera, the border crossing where most of Europe's heavy freight enters Spain. That is where we learned that a truck breakdown is not solved by a phone line that passes the job on to somebody else. It is solved by a mechanic who turns up with the right part first time.

Today we cover the Mediterranean corridor and the northern routes with workshop vans equipped to strip a tractor unit wheel, replace a suspension bag or restart a refrigeration unit on the hard shoulder. We answer in seven languages, because half our calls come from traffic offices in Warsaw, Bucharest and Sofia.

What we do

Six services that clear 90% of roadside stoppages

Every workshop van leaves loaded for the faults that actually immobilise a truck. If we can fix it on the shoulder, we do not tow it.

Mobile tyre service 01

Mobile tyre service

Truck, trailer and twin-wheel tyre replacement and repair carried out on the hard shoulder, in the sizes international haulage actually runs.

Roadside mechanical breakdown 02

Roadside mechanical breakdown

Diagnosis and mechanical repair on the road: belts, water pumps, radiators, alternators, starter motors and diesel leaks.

Air suspension repair 03

Air suspension repair

Air bag and bellows replacement, levelling valve faults and air-loss tracing on tractor units and semi-trailers.

Brakes and calipers 04

Brakes and calipers

Discs and pads, seized calipers, Knorr and Wabco valves, air lines and releasing a locked trailer emergency brake.

Reefer and cooling units 05

Reefer and cooling units

Thermo King and Carrier Transicold repair: starting faults, belts, sensors, gas loss and temperature alarms on perishable loads.

Diagnostics and electrics 06

Diagnostics and electrics

Multi-brand ECU reading, AdBlue faults, sensors, loss of power and electrical failures at the roadside.

Why us

What changes when you call here

We are the driver's last call and the dispatcher's first. These six things are what fleets tell us must never slip.

No opening hours, no bank holidays

We answer at three on a Sunday morning in August exactly as we do at midday on a Tuesday. The truck does not choose when it stops.

Answered in seven languages

Spanish, English, Polish, Romanian, Bulgarian, Portuguese and German. The driver describes the fault in his language and the traffic office gets the report in theirs.

Location by WhatsApp

One button sends your exact GPS position. No describing kilometre markers or junctions — we know where you are before you hang up.

Mechanics, not middlemen

The person who answers works here and the person who arrives works here. We do not resell your job to a third party.

Equipped for heavy vehicles

High-tonnage jacks, compressor, diagnostic gear and stock of tyres and air bags. We do not turn up in a car with a toolbox.

Reports and invoicing for fleets

A job sheet with photographs, parts replaced and hours, ready for the maintenance department and for the insurer.

Clients

What drivers and dispatchers say

Real jobs on the corridors we cover.

I blew the inner tyre on a twin at two in the morning, twenty kilometres from the border. I called and they answered in Romanian, which is half the worry gone already. They arrived in forty minutes with the right size and by four I was rolling towards Perpignan again.

We run twelve refrigerated units and one stopped at Mataró with fish on board. They understood the urgency without me having to explain it twice. They restarted it on site and sent the report with photographs the same day for the insurer.

An air bag burst on the trailer loaded with pallets of tiles. I assumed recovery and a lost day. They came out with the bag, changed it on the shoulder and checked ride height before letting me go.

Trailer caliper seized in a service area and I could not move. They spoke to me in Bulgarian and talked me through what to check while they drove out. They freed it, changed the pads and checked pressures before signing off.

Drive belt snapped near the port with a booked loading slot. They brought the correct belt and tensioner without me having to find the part number. I lost the slot but not the day.

A-3, Valencia · Roadside mechanical breakdown

The truck went into limp mode on an AdBlue fault and capped at forty. They read the ECU on the shoulder, found the sensor and got me moving with full power. They also explained what to check back at our own workshop.

Common questions

What people ask before calling

If your situation is not here, call anyway — the call costs nothing.

On the AP-7 corridor between La Jonquera and Barcelona the average is around 45 minutes. Outside that stretch it depends on the kilometre marker and the traffic, but we give you a realistic estimate on the call itself. We will not promise twenty minutes just to end the conversation.
Yes. We answer in Spanish, English, Polish, Romanian, Bulgarian, Portuguese and German. Tell us your language at the start of the call and we continue in it. If you would rather write, WhatsApp works the same way in any of those languages.
Yes, 24 hours a day, every day of the year. Nights and weekends are when most calls come in, precisely because fixed workshops are shut and the trucks are still running.
Use the WhatsApp button on this site. It opens a chat with the message already written and you simply attach your live location. It is far more reliable than describing a kilometre marker, especially at night or on a motorway interchange.
Registration and make of the vehicle, kilometre marker or GPS location, and a short description of the fault. If it is a tyre, the size from the sidewall. If it is the fridge, the alarm code on the display. With that we leave carrying the right part.
Yes. We work with fleets routinely and invoice the company directly, with a detailed job sheet, photographs and the parts replaced. That is the document maintenance departments and insurers usually ask for.
